General Policy

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Special rates apply on holidays and special events including concerts and sports events.

  • Special rates apply in case of inclement weather such as icy road conditions.

  • ​For insurance purposes rates are subject to change from Sedan rates to SUV rates at the pick up time, if more than 4 passengers.

  • First 10 minutes of waiting time are free. After the driver’s arrival and /or initial contact with the customer.

  • Waiting time will be estimated based on hourly rates.

  • Minimum rates apply for rides 3 miles or less excluding airport transfers.

  • Minimum hourly rate is for three hours.

  • Credit card is required for most reservations, especially on holidays and major events.

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards. (No checks please).

  • ​Split payments available at no extra charge.

  • ​20% gratuity will be applied to all rates except airport flat rates; unless otherwise indicated.

Modification and Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation can be made 3 hours prior to pick time at no charge.

  • Cancellation can be done via phone, text or email.

  • No show and cancellations made less than 3 hours before the pick up time will be charged a cancellation fee of full trip price ( Mileage and base rate). For hourly reservations a one hour charge will be applied.

  • If you can’t see your driver please call us prior to finding alternatives to avoid any cancellation fees.

Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy
​

your safety is our top priority. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs and alcohol by any of our drivers while operating a vehicle.

If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol:
🚫 Please ask the driver to stop the ride immediately.
📞 Report the incident to us right away with details of the ride (such as date, time, and pick-up location).
